Professor Ramy El-Kady is a full professor and head of the Criminal Law Department of the Police Faculty of the Arab Republic of Egypt. He won the State Promotion Award in Legal and Economic Sciences. He graduated from the Police College in 1999. I have a doctorate in criminal law from the Faculty of Law of Cairo University on mediation as an alternative to criminal prosecution. Teaches criminal law subjects to students of the Police College. Supervises several doctoral theses and scientific research in the postgraduate diploma stage of the Faculty of Postgraduate Studies of the Police Academy. He has much literature in criminal law and extensive scientific studies published in many Egyptian, Arab, and foreign scientific periodicals in Arabic and English, and he participated in seminars, scientific conferences, and training courses inside and outside.
