I am the director for Institutional Effectiveness and Research at the De La Salle–College of Saint Benilde in the Philippines. I handle webinars on multivariate statistical techniques such as regression analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, structural equation modeling, PLS-SEM, Item Response Theory, and Rasch Analysis. I use varied statistical software including SPSS/Amos, WarpPLS, SmartPLS, JASP, XCalibre, JMetrik, Winsteps. My research interests include the applications of statistical modeling in the human sciences, business, and education.
